Motivational Growth :-

Vishvas Sansthan has organized many conferences, workshops, assignments and conducted study in field of Panchayati Raj, Tribal development, Health, Education, Women Empowerment, Financial Inclusion and Skill Development.

• A workshop was conducted on "Social Perspective of Development with Special Reference to Tribal Area" in collaboration with Department of Psychology, Mohan Lal Sukhadia University, Udaipur, Rajasthan on 3rd & 4th September, 1996.             

• Organized Seminar on "Social Perspective of Development with Special Reference to Tribal Area" on 21^st October.1998.                                                                          

• Presented a paper on "Empowerment of Udaipur Lakes before Executive Directors of Asian Development Bank" on 25^th February 1999.                                                                                                                                                                                    
• Rising of State Financial Resources with special reference to "Non Tax Revenue Sources collaborated by Department of Banking & Business Economics", Mohanlal Sukhadia University & Manikyalal Verma Tribal Reserach Institute, Udaipur on 27^th November 1999.                                                                                                                                   
• Seminar on "Tribal & Rural Development through Panchayati Raj & the Role of NGO's in collaboration with Tribal at Dungarpur" on 20^th December 1999.                                                                                                                                                             
• Organized a few Awareness and Ambition- Raising camps for the students of Schedule Tribes in District Dungarpur sponsered by Tribal Research Institute, Govt. of Rajasthan in February & April 2000.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   
• Organized a panel discussion on "Rural Economy: The Backbone of Indian Economy" on 24th July 2001.

• Engaged in enhancing Capacity Building of Govt. Officials & PRI's(Panchyati Raj Institutions). Vishvas organized training workshop regarding Capacity Building of Govt. Officials of district Rajsamand and Sirohi funded by UNICEF and supported by Indira Gandhi Panchayati Raj & Gramin Vikas Sansthan, Jaipur 1^st Sept. to 6^th Sept. 2003.                                                                                                                                                          
• Presented a Paper on "Lakes of Udaipur" before Executive Directors of Asian Development Bank on August 21, 2004.                                                                                                                                                                                                                              
• Engaged in enhancing Capacity Building of Government Officials & PRI's. Organized training workshop regarding Capacity Building of Government Officials of district Rajsamand funded by Swiss Development Corporation (SDC) and supported by Indira Gandhi Panchayati Raj & Gramin Vikas Sansthan, Jaipur from 16^th May to 21^st May 2005.                                                                                                                                      
• Organized workshop on "Right to Information" on April 11,2006 at Udaipur.                                                                                                                                                   
• Conducted "Impact Study of Panchyat Raj" Training of PRI's of District Pali sponsored by INDIRA GANDHI PANCHYATI RAJ SANSTHAN, Deptt. of Rural Development, Jaipur on June 24,2007.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       
• Conducted DNAS under special SGSY Project, Govt. of India,sponsored by RUDA(Rural non farm development agency), Jaipur for District Rajsamand on the topic "A study of Problems of Artisans of district Rajsamand" on April  23, 2008.                                                                                                                                                                                
•  Organized a state level workshop cum exhibition of Artisans products at Udaipur on 24th June 2009 sponsored by RUDA(Rural Non Farm Development Agency), Rajasthan. Where in 1200 Artisans belong to Udaipur, Dungarpur, Banswara and Rajsamand district had participated in the workshop.                                                                                                                                                                                                                      
• Workshop on PRI (Panchyati Raj Institution) under NREGA( National Rural Employment Guarantee) at Rajsamand on 29 July 2010.                                                                                                                                                                                                      
• Celebration of International day of Older Persons on 22^nd Oct. 2010 in association with NISD (National Institute of Social Defence) & Ministry of SJE (Social Justice and Empowerment Deptt.).                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         
• Carried out impact study of the trainings of PRI's (Panchyati Raj Institutions) members for Sirohi, Pali and Rajsamand district and Capacity building workshop of PRI's members and elected leaders of District Rajsamand and Pali.                                                                                                                                                                                                  
• Carried out Study "People's representatives of the Panchyati Raj of Khamnor Tehsil of Rajsamand" and Organized a workshop of Women SHG's (Self Help Group) in joint collaboration with Hindustan Zinc Limited on 13^th February, 2011.                                                                                                                                                                       
• Organized a huge program in the village of Rajsamand district on Women empowerment on 16^th November 2011 where approximately 3500 women participated.                                                                                                                                                               
• Organized a huge program on Gramin Mahila Sashkatikaran Sammelan, Udaipur on 22.05.2012 where approximately 3000 women participated in collaboration with Hindustan Zinc Limited.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                
• Rajsamand Kausal Vikas Kendra  workshop on 29^th July 2012.                                                                                                                                                                  
• Organized a huge program on "Huner se Rozgar" at Dariba of Rajsamand on 29^th July 2013 with the collaboration of Zila Prashasan and Hindustan Zinc.                                                                                                                                                                           
• Organized a Craft Fair for handholding support to Artisans covered under various past projects "Rasraj Mahotsav National Craft Fair" dated 27^th August 2013 to 1^st September 2013 at Grameen Hatt  Lal Bagh, Nathdwara, Rajsamand with the collaboration with RUDA(Rural Non Farm Development Agency).                                                            

• One day workshop for Tribal Artisans on Management & Banking on 7th Feb 2014 with the collaboration of RUDA(Rural Non Farm Development Agency).

Advocacy :-

• Tribal research institute has assigned one study to Vishvas Sansthan.  The title of study is Implementation of forest Right Act in Tribal Sub Plan Area of Rajasthan. Outcome of the Project is to cover various aspects associated with implementation of forest Right Act in TSP Area. As it is an important issue for tribal, as they have been facing problem since long back for displacement from forest areas where they have their small habitat.                                                                                                                                                                            

• Watershed development & Soil conservation department (WDSC) identified 16 organizations for preparatory phase evaluation of IWMP watershed projects of 2009-10 through open tender. Vishvas Sansthan is one among them. 10 watershed projects were given to us for evaluation in Jodhpur and Jaipur districts. The evaluation was carried out in September and October month of year 2012-13. A team of four experts from Vishvas Sansthan involved in this whole assignment.The total value of assignment is Rs 5.0 Lakhs. Draft report and presentation was given to department technical committee and final report has submitted after approval of draft report. In the year 2014-15 Vishvas has assigned IWMP13 & 14 watershed projects sanctioned in Alwar district at the Panchayat Samiti Rajgarh and Thanagaji respectively via letter of CEO , SLNA Jaipur.Vishvas Sansthan has already carried out evaluation of 22 projects sanctioned in 2009-10 & 2010-11.
